I am incredibly glad I chose john to be my real estate agent - one of my favorite things about working with him is that he's genuine. When we viewed houses, he made sure to give me his honest opinion on what he thought of the place. A few times he actually pointed out negatives that I hadn't even considered or thought of as a first-time home buyer.
