John was wonderful! I started looking in October for houses and he had places to look at lines up for me every weekend and a free day I had. He knew what I was looking for and pointed out things that were wrong with places as well as selling points. I truly felt that he was looking for a place that would make me happy. I never felt he was just trying to sell me on a place. John helped us find a great townhouse in Southern Magnolia. Given that we were first-time buyers, he took his time with us and always assisted us during our tours. I found him to be a great resource providing good insights about the house and clarifying any questions we had but at the same time didn't push us or sell us the house rather just gave us information to help us understand if that house made sense for us. I am incredibly glad I chose john to be my real estate agent - one of my favorite things about working with him is that he's genuine. When we viewed houses, he made sure to give me his honest opinion on what he thought of the place. A few times he actually pointed out negatives that I hadn't even considered or thought of as a first-time home buyer. My parents, who'd worked with multiple before as well, were impressed with his honesty and mentioned he was the best agent they'd ever worked with. When it came time to buy the one I'd chosen, john also managed to get me a pretty sizable discount on my new home purchase. Overall I highly recommend John!
